Vyve, Burgundy Street’s newest café and restaurant, is set to become the hottest destination in Heidelberg and surrounding areas for casual dining and drinks.
Formerly Indulge Restaurant, brother and sister team Angelo and Natalie Pace have successfully transformed the venue into a modern showpiece with touches of old world charm.
With a focus on fresh and premium local produce, Vyve, has blended South American and Mediterranean influences to craft a truly remarkable menu.
Vyve’s Big Breakfast is the perfect way to start the day, particularly when paired with the potato rosti side. Lunch includes a delicious range of gourmet ciabattas and the now famous Vyve Chicken & Beef Burgers, while dinner includes everything from Spanish style tapas to mouth watering ricotta gnocchi.
Vegetarian options, organic tea, Atomica coffee, artisan sourdough bread and a host of other unique offerings combine to create a new benchmark in quality cuisine not yet seen in the area.
And with a drinks menu including a comprehensive selection of wine, imported beers and irresistible cocktails, Vyve is the perfect venue to host private functions.
A local to Heidelberg and Ivanhoe since childhood, Natalie recalls the shared vision she and Angelo had for Vyve. “We wanted our restaurant to have a warm and relaxed ambience where people can have a good time and enjoy a great meal with exceptional service. We hoped our customers would leave wanting just one more bite of our delicious food”.
This vision clearly fulfilled, Vyve is now open.
